Double room to let in cottage just outside MK

We are looking to let a room in our house which is located just outside Milton Keynes in a small village called Wicken. The room is fully furnished with double bed and large dresser.
The property has a shared bathroom next to the bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The tenant will have full use of kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom. The downstairs living space will be for private use only by landlords. Property comes with WIFI throughout and TV port in room. There are bus routes nearby, however car would be a necessity. Visitors would not be allowed to property unless agreed with landlords in advance. There is parking on village road without any restrictions.
We are a friendly and sociable couple and the right tenant would be someone who is comfortable in conversation and living with shared amenities.
