We are going to have a beautiful cosy room in 3 bedroom semi detached house for rent from 24th September. We have tv, broadband and everything you need to feel comfortable. The area is nice, clean, quiet and close to Willen Lake, Kingston, Open University, town center and the M1. We work a lot so you will feel like you live on your own. The asking price is £150 a week for single person which will include rent and all bills. You will be given your own fridge-freezer, lots of room in kitchen, bathroom and room storage space. The house has shared kitchen, toilet, dinning room, living room, bathroom and garden area. We look after house keeping so we would be after the person that is clean as well.
