Double room in an old house that is not minimalist

Double bedroom

Within walking distance of pool, gym, supermarkets, buses and train station.. The double room is upstairs in a terraced house.(council tax band B ). There is on street parking. Your room can be either furnished or unfurnished . You will share the sitting room and kitchen and bathroom and use the garden if you wish.
Looking for an easy going person who is not wanting to hold parties. You will be sharing with someone who is not super tidy.
He is vegetarian. There is a cat . Lovely neighbours.
The last spareroom tenant stayed years so am hoping to find just the right person again for this interesting but maximalist home.
