We are a couple landlord with in a 3 bedroom house, renting out our spare bedroom. Our house is clean and tidy and has a cosy furnishing making it quite homely.

Preferred house mates are ones looking for inexpensive decent weekly accommodation in milton keynes. We don't mind staying over some weekends but not a full time live in lodger. We clean and change the beddings every week and provide a fresh clean towel too.

The double bedroom is £400 with deposit of £200. It comes with a lovely double bed, closet, bedside table, drawers, a computer table and chair, double glazed windows and black out curtains. The price includes all bills, wifi, washing machine, use of shared TV lounge, garden, kitchen and bathroom. Towels and beddings can be provided if required.

Its 5-10minutes walk to Tesco, Asda and Wolverton train station with trains to Milton keynes central, London Euston, and Birmingham. It is 3minutes to the bus stops with buses to Milton Keynes central, Bletchley and other surrounding towns.

No smokers, no couples, no DSS and no pets.
