Already Renting This Property, Looking To Buddy Up

I'm currently renting this property (I'm the main tenant) with a friend, however sadly she is moving out in May.

Its a two bed house, so the second bedroom will become empty. Its a small double room, and does have furniture (double bed, draws, wardrobes).

The rest of the house is also fully furnished.
Large bathroom, has a choice of a shower or a bath! (separate, see photo)
Large back garden with mini decking.
On street parking.


Wolverton is a great little town:
Supermarkets include Tesco, Asda nearby, also has it's own train station, both within walking distance - less than a mile. Great for commuters.
Train station - 3 minutes to MK central.
Bus routes also available nearby.
4 mile drive to central MK

Room is free mid May, and it'll be for min 6 months contract through an agency, (fee will apply for references and for a new contract)

The price of rent I've stated includes all bills (gas/electric, water, broadband, council tax) and is also less than half the rent of the house as the second room is smaller. Months rent to be paid upfront, and one months rent as a returnable deposit.

I'm clean, tidy and organised, so looking for similar young professional.
I also do have a cat, so maybe don't apply if you're allergic! He's a great friendly cat, but also keeps him self to him self.
