1 large double room for rent, in the idyllic village of Barrington. Situated 6 miles South of Cambridge, with easy access to A10, M11/A14 and Addenbrookes hospital. Only 4 miles to Trumpington Park & Ride. 1. 5 miles from Shepreth train Station (London line 1hour15mins) and 1. 5 miles from Foxton train station, 1 stop from Cambridge.
Room has a double bed, a free standing double door wardrobe, bedside cabinet and sideboard, aerial port for a TV(TV not included) signal is strong enough for digital/Freeview.
The family sized bathroom will be shared by 2 lodgers. Bathroom has roll top bath with overhead (non-moveable)mixer tap shower. There is 1 other downstairs bathroom and bedroom that will not be accessible as this is where I will be sleeping as live in landlady.
Fibre optic infinity broadband available.
I would like whoever rents these rooms to feel at home, but you must respect other people’s property and neighbours. I work Monday to Friday and I'm out the house from 7. 30 in the morning until 6 in the evening. In the summer I spend most of my time outside in the garden, walking, running and riding my bike. I live in a very quiet location with lovely views. Barrington has a very cosy and friendly pub, a shop with a post office and a church. If you like the quiet life but also like to be a few miles from the bustle of Cambridge then this is the place for you. There is 1 cat at the property, so must like animals.
