Double room for single occupancy monday to friday in a smart well furnished detached house in a quiet village of Caldecote. The room comes fully furnished including a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, full length mirror, and venetian wooden blinds to window. The rent includes all bills apart from land-line telephone. Use of kitchen, dining area and the sole use of family bathroom. Ample parking.

Easy going professional housemate lives in and would prefer someone working in the area but who is travelling home most weekends. I am quiet around the house, clean and tidy, and I would expect whomever rents the room to conduct themself in the same manner.
