I have a large double bedroom available in a 3 storey house in Upper Cambourne.

Large double room on 1st floor (£500pcm all in) – part furnished if required

The house is very modern and homely and we are ideally looking for someone who likes to keep things clean and tidy :)

The house

There is a loo/cloakroom, large open plan kitchen and living space on the ground floor, on the 1st floor there is a large bedroom, study and bathroom and on the 3rd floor there is 2 en-suite bedrooms.

The kitchen includes all white goods - fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine and a nice garden accessible from the french doors in the living room.

About me - Hannah

I am a 29 year old professional who works Mon-Fri. I really enjoy my girlie nights in, going out for dinner, baking and walking! I also try and get to the gym a couple of times a week after work. I am fairly laid back but do like to live in a tidy, clean house!

About me - Sam

I am a 25 years old and work Mon - Fri. I enjoy going to the theatre, trips to London, shopping and girlie nights in watching movies.

About You

You will be a professional, you'll take pride in where you live, have a friendly nature and someone who enjoys lots of socialising. Ideally we are looking for someone who is fun, outgoing and doesn't want to spend all their time in their room!
