Single Room in 3 Bedroom House

Single Bedroom in a lovely 3-bed house in a quiet area of lower Cambourne with off street parking.

Very close to the local supermarket, take aways etc.

Only 7 miles away from Cambridge so very easy access by car and normally less than half an hour into cambridge by bus.

The room is currently unfurnished but i am more than happy to provide you with a single bed, wardrobe etc, should you need or want them.

You will have access to washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. And you will be more than welcome to share the front room should you want to.

fiber optic broadband is also in the property.

I am easy going and work long hours so you will most likely have the house to yourself a lot of the time and some weekends.

My children do stay with me once every 2 weeks for the weekend (Sat and sunday)
