Single Room In A Beautiful Home - Must Be Visited!

Hi and welcome to our home. We're looking for someone to join us who is reasonable socialable and able to keep communal areas clean.

The bedroom is a small single room, will have just been decorated, and is fully furnished with a single bed with storage underneath, a chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, chair and wardrobe.

The room is quiet and well lit. There is a bathroom on the same floor with a bath and shower, and a second bathroom on the 2nd floor with a shower.

Included in the rent are all bills except gas and electric (which are divided equally among those living in the house and amounts to an extra £50 approximately each month). A cleaner cleans communal areas once a fortnight and there's also a gardener.

There is plenty of parking space outside the house, and secure parking for a bike. There is a beautiful big south-facing garden with a large patio, ideal for summer bar bqs.

The home has a lovely big lounge complete with large flat-screen TV with surround sound, and kitchen-diner.

We are aged 25-40, and are a friendly bunch! We all get on very well together :) We like to eat together most Saturday evenings.

The landlord is quick to respond to requests for repairs etc.
