Rent for room: £560 (note this might increase slightly on renewal of the tenancy agreement)
Bills: ~£90 for Gas and Electricity, £20 for Water, £80 for Council Tax and £15 for Internet. So around another ~£200 a month.
Term: Ideally a minimum of 6 months.
Deposit: ~£600 (again, this might be slightly more if the rent is increased by the landlord on renewal).

My current housemate is moving back to Liverpool to complete his Uni course, so I'm looking for someone to take over his room at the end of June.

Available bedroom – Spacious double with a built-in wardrobe. The room will come furnished with a double bed (slightly different to the one in the picture) and a bookcase.
Living room – It has evolved into a living room/office/make-space/utility. You are free to use any of my tools 😀
Kitchen – Well stocked with everything you might need to cook and bake. We have 2 fridge freezers (so you have 1 to yourself!) and a washing machine which can also tumble dry.
Bathroom – Small and basic but functional and importantly I like to keep it clean.
Large communal garden – Shared with neighbours and regularly maintained by a gardener. There is also sheltered bike parking and off-street car parking around the back.

A bit of info about me! I'm a Mechanical Engineer, and I've worked in a variety of roles in Cambridge so far, mostly in new product design. I like to think of myself as easy-going, clean and tidy. I enjoy some occasional cooking and baking, and I also try and gym regularly to burn some of those calories back off! I have a website (jafarradam. com) which I should really post more things to... I've also signed up for a couple of sprint triathlons this summer, but I'm far from athletic, so anxiously excited for those! I'm looking for a like-minded person who is also tidy, considerate and chill!
