Currently we have two flatmates living in this 5 bed house, one female one male, both are professionals. You will be sharing the bathroom with one female tenant only.
Maximum number of lodgers is three.

The room is fully furnished with wall to wall sliding wardrobe with a separate study area with a desk and a chair.
Ironing board and iron provided.
Fully fitted kitchen with top of the range modern appliances and comes with a shared space for dining and a television.
A further utility and cloak room with toilet.

The house has a lovely garden with a shed that comes with a coded lock. So if you have a bicycle this can be accommodated.

We are not a live in landlord, however, do stay over occasionally, when we want to eat out or just visit the beautiful city centre of Cambridge. We have our own room with our own bathroom.

We are looking for a female lodging guest as there is already one female guest staying over. Someone who is clean and tidy and respectful.
