Double room in North Cambridge LGBT+ house

The room/house: It's in a house off Milton Road, north of city centre. The house has 3 floors, and the room is on the top floor. It shares a full bathroom with three other rooms. It gets great light, being on the top floor, and comes furnished, minus a mattress. The room is quite spacious.

In terms of accessibility, as this is top floor room it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

We have a shared kitchen, living room, garage (with storage and couches), ground floor bathroom, and garden.

The vibe: You'll be living in a lovely house full of friendly queer folks! The current gender makeup is two women and two trans folks. So we are looking for someone who is either LGBT and/or a strong ally.

People do tend to have very different schedules, so noises at night and things are common. It's also a social house, with friends over often. A couple times a year the house has large parties as well.

It's a shared lease, rather than an HMO, so bills are not included. Winter tends to be more expensive due to energy costs. to give an example, with rent and bills together my cost towards the house was around £750.

We are looking for an open-minded, tolerant housemate. If you have a conservative worldview, this will not be the right house for you.
