Roommate for a flat 5 mins walk from Addenbrooke's

Hi there! I'm a female professional currently employed at Addenbrooke's and I'm seeking a housemate, preferably another professional straight female, who works at the hospital or is a post-doc at the unirversity. The available room is an ensuite, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Addenbrooke's. Rent is £925 per month, with estimated additional costs for utilities and council tax ranging from £200 to £250 monthly.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and fridge. However, the room itself is unfurnished. With around £500, you could easily find a suitable bed, chair, and office desk on Gumtree. The living room will also not be furnished, but I am planning to order 2 arm chairs.

The apartment is brand new and I prioritize a peaceful environment, so I'm looking for a housemate who shares that mindset; being social while respecting the life of the other person.
