Hi there,
My name is Chris and I have a room to rent in my house in a quiet street off Cherry Hinton Rd 1 mile from the town centre and close to the station, Addenbrookes and local amenities. I'm a professional guy working in the art trade so the house has an eclectic mix of items. I completely renovated the house 5 years ago. The kitchen, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom have all been re-fitted and upstairs re-carpeted. It's open-plan downstairs with fully-fitted bath/shower room and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a rear garden with decking and patio and secure storage for bicycles.

The room is light and bright being south-facing with large picture window. It was recently carpeted and decorated and comes fully-furnished with single bed, wardrobe, chest and desk.

I'm looking to share with a clean-living, respectful person, studying or working sensible hours. I'm a sociable guy but this is not a party house and would suit a 9-5 professional who appreciates a clean and tranquil atmosphere and a good night's sleep after a hard day's work.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED (energy, council tax, tv, broadband etc). Foreign students welcome. Minimum let 2 months. AVAILABLE FROM THE BEGINNING OF APRIL ONLY.
