The house is 10 min walk to business & Science Pk, A14, Milton, King Hedges, Impington, Newmarket etc, buses to town every 10 minutes. Shops such as co-op, tesco, fish & chips, chemist, post office etc.

The house has a kitchen with plenty of storage, with washer/dryer fridge freezer TV and cooker etc, plenty of parking space on the road and off road. Gates for secure parking of motor bikes/cycles round the back too.
Back garden with patio set to chill out with , secure gates for bike storage etc.

The room has a bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, computer chair and table and radiator.
The rent includes all bills, also t. v, wireless broad band . Water, electric, gas etc.
