We have a double ensuite bedroom available, located within a new dwelling to the rear of our family home, which is close to the City centre and Addensbrookes.

The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. It also has it's own private ensuite bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen is shared with one other house mate, and contains all the mod cons, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

All bills are included in the rent - including Virgin Media broadband.

There is no off-street parking available with this property, but there are plenty of car spaces on the road. There is secure private storage for bikes.

The bus stop for the number 2 and 3 City Bus is a 2 minute walk away, on Walpole Road/Cherry Hinton Road respectively.

You'll be sharing with one other professional male.
