Room available for smiley person!

Hi guys!!

We are a group of 4 Masters Cambridge students (Sidney, Queens, Homerton and Hughes Hall) looking to fill the last room in our house. The reason the room is available is that one of our housemates is French and was here for a year abroad but is going back so the room is free. It's a really good sized double, nice and light. The house is on Mill Road (near Coleridge St) and ridiculously cheap. Wait for it...£300ppm! Woo! (The estate agent said he valued it much higher but the landlord was like 'well, I've always rented it out for less, so I'll keep it the same, thanks' - win). It's got a largeish kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.

Anyway, please do get in touch if you're wanting somewhere friendly to live. We have a very sociable house, we eat together a lot, watch films together, go to the pub, drunkenly sing along to abba and musicals and such like of an evening - though we didn't know each other originally, we're now really, really good friends :)

Btw, ideally you'd be postgrads as I think the landlord prefers this, but get in touch whatever :)
