Two bedroom close to Addenbrookes hospital

We are a professional couple who own the house. We live in the ground floor and the whole first floor is to rent. There are two bedroom, one shared dining room (including oven, microwave, a single electronic stove, toaster, kettle, plates and cups) and one shared bathroom/toilet.

The bedroom is newly furnished with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers. There is a sofa bed in the shared dining room which allows your guest to stay over.

The house is 10 minutes cycle away from the city centre, train station and Addenbrookes hospital. Bus number 2 is 1 minute walk from the house and bus number 3 is 7 minutes walk from the house.

We live on the ground floor only and go in and out through the different door (We go through a garden door and the tenants go through the main door) from the tenants. The first floor is like a self sufficient flat (except we will share the same washing machine). One thing you should notice is that there is no full kitchen to share, so it suits people who only cook simply. We prefer to stay with female mature students or professionals.
