We are looking for a new housemate to fill our fourth bedroom. Reluctantly losing a valued member of the team so we need someone to move in and complete the group!
About us: we are all professionals who enjoy socialising, gym time, movies, house slobbing and general party times.
The house: 3 storey modern town house in a quiet residential area with on street parking. Lovely back garden with room for bikes. Shared lounge and kitchen area.
The room: double bedroom available on the ground floor with own toilet. Bathroom on middle floor shared with one other (bath/shower). Comes with bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.
Rent: £410 for the room, £100 for bills, broadband, virgin etc.
