The house is in a great location close enough to the City centre to make access to most places really easy but far enough out to be a quiet peaceful place to live. Really close to Addenbrookes and several major bus routes.

The accommodation in the house includes a large shared
kitchen / dining room and large shared lounge. Bathroom to be shared between the 3 female house mates.

We are a sociable, friendly house. Currently there is one male and two female tenants in the house and we are looking for a person of a similar age and outlook on life to join us.

Rent includes all utility bills and broadband / wifi. On street parking available and use of garden and garage.
