I have a furnished large double room for £535 per month and a single room for £435 per month - including all your bills.

The Double room will be available from 29th October. The single maybe available about the same time but the official end date for the current tenant is 7th November.

You are within easy distance to the city centre - perhaps 15-18 minutes walking and less than 10 minutes cycling.

The deposit is negotiable, but may be zero if the tenant has adequate references.

This is a large house (11 bedrooms - 6 female occupants, 5 male) with a sociable, very international (yet sometimes surprisingly quiet) feel. Many are working professionals but we also have a number of mature/postgrad students too. Everyone speaks good English and the current tenants are from the UK and various other countries including Spain, Italy, Portugal, Lithuania and Poland (BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME FROM ONE OF THOSE COUNTRIES!).

This is not a traditional "student house" - but postgrads are welcome and I will also consider mature undergrads.

The facilities match the size of the house with 3 shower rooms, 4 toilets and a large kitchen and living room with flat screen Virgin cable TV. We have high speed Virgin broadband all included in the rent.

There is a basic cleaning service of the communal areas, but it still relies on tenants to be clean and tidy and do their own washing up! This house takes hygiene seriously.

There is a rear yard for bike storage.

Please note: smoking is not permitted inside the house.
