Price of £525/month includes all bills. I also ask for a £525 deposit which will be kept in a Deposit Protection Scheme.
I am a live-in landlord so areas such as bathroom and living area/kitchen are shared with myself.
I am available for viewings from 3rd Sept onwards. If you're interested, then I can do weekdays from 6pm or mostly any time during the weekend with a bit of notice so I can plan my time for it.
