I'm Lee, I work full time as a physiotherapist. I'm a hardworking, friendly sociable person. I'm looking for a young professional to rent my spare double room. The room is fully furnished with treble wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers and storage boxes under bed. It has an en-suite with nice shower.
The flat is on the first floor and is newly decorated with open plan kitchen/living room with all white goods, fan assist oven and microwave. I have broadband internet setup.
The flat is close to the science park (3 minutes cycle ride) and 5 mins drive off A14/M11 and close to A10. The city centre is 15-20 mins cycle ride away.
The flat mate must be clean, tidy and respectful and be a non-smoker. Please no couples or students.
