House is fully furnished and includes digital TV, wireless mega broadband, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumbledryer. The living space in the house is fantastic with a a brand new kitchen diner, a 19ft back lounge overlooking the 75ft garden with deck and huge summerhouse/studio. In addition, there is a dinning room and a front lounge which gives plenty of privacy if required. There is a garage which is suitable for storage and bikes. The location is Cherry Hinton which is well serviced through local shops including a late night Tesco metro, a Post Office and chemist. Bus links to Addenbrooks, the train station and central Cambridge are excellent and it takes approx 15mins to cycle to the centre. The road is a quiet cul-de-sac situated next to Cherry Hinton Park.
