Two housemates wanted

Hello,
We are a friendly, easy going household looking for two new housemates to share a five bed property. We are a mixed house. We are looking for people who are friendly, happy and sociable and will pull their weight when it comes to household chores.

The house is beautiful. It is light and airy and feels very homely. It is a very clean house. We have a cleaner once a week (included in the rent). The house has all mod cons and lots of storage space. We have Sky and broadband, again, as part of the monthly rent. The garden is great in the summer months. We also have a bike rack. It takes only 5 mins to cycle into town.
The location is brilliant. It is a quiet street with lots of on street parking. We are also close to shops, pubs and town.

The housemate’s ages range from 26 to 31. We want someone who works 9 - 5pm and definitely not shift work. We also would prefer no students.
