Large double room in a lovely shared house on Thoday Street (just off Mill
Road) is available from mid April and I am looking for someone to keep
my lovely house mates company (one male, one female, both mid-20s, both PhD students).
The room is a furnished large master bedroom on the first floor
with a wardrobe, bookshelf, desk with chair and (single) bed. The room
easily fits a king size bed.
There is a sizeable living/dining area downstairs, a well equipped
clean and tidy kitchen and a nice garden with a secure shed for bikes.
The rent is £510 pcm plus approximately £30 bills (non-students pay
approx. £100 council tax).
Room available until mid August 2014 with option to extend.
