Looking for housemates in lovely house off Mill rd

Looking for two student housemates to live in three bedroomed house just off Mill Road. The bedrooms are not huge but both have a small double bed, desk and clothes cupboard. Downstairs the house has an open plan living and dining room area, a kitchen, shared bathroom and lovely small garden. Washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and dish washer, gas stove all there.

I am a graduate medical student. Looking for other grad students or PHD students. Housemates should be friendly, fun, tidy and share some of the interests I have listed. I'm looking for people who are happy to contribute to a communal feel in the house, respectful if others need to work, up for the occasional dinner party, summer barbecue or general frolic.

I am vegetarian so ideally no meat in the house but I'm flexible on this.

Smokers welcome but no smoking in the house. There are no parking restrictions on the road or surrounding roads so having a car isn't a problem.

I am away until the 26th July so won't be able to meet/show people around until then. The pictures are from before I moved into the house last year, it looks much more lived in now! I will update the photos when I return.
