Brandnew double bedroom

Here are some of my family details:

Our house is on Church End, Cherry Hinton. It is a three bedroom, brand new house. We are letting one of the two bedrooms on the first floor. It contains:
A double bed with two bedside tables
A large wardrobe
A computer table
It has a Juliet balcony overlooking the back garden. This means the room is very light on a sunny day.
On the ground floor there is a living room (which will not be shared), a kitchen (which will be shared) and a small washroom. On the first floor there is the room to be let, a smaller bedroom occupied by our son (aged one and a half) and a bathroom On the second floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

My husband and I are in our early thirties and we are looking to rent to someone of similar age or younger. No pets, no smoking, no alcohol or drugs. Ladies are given priority and students are welcome, but no couples.
