Double Room In Friendly Home - From January 20120

Looking for an independent, discreet lodger (no couples sorry) who won't mind living in a lively but friendly home (my children are grown up now but visit and stay for holidays) and who is properly house trained and doesn't expect me to do all the chores! The house is spacious but you will have to share the bathroom. There is a downstairs toilet as well. The room is not big, but it has a double size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Room is facing south and window to the garden. We have had many lodgers in the past so we are used to different cultures. There are all amenities on the road and we are close enough to the station, to The Light cinema complex, bowling alley.... one month minimum stay, one month deposit required. All bills included and wifi. Please contact me. Viewing available from now. Video call viewing possible.
note that there is another room being rented out to another tenant and often air b an b guests so the house can get busy at times. there is a drive where you can park your car or you can store your bike in the garden or shed through the back passage.
