Hello potential new housemate!

From the 1st September we will have a double room available for rent in a homely house in St Matthews Gardens.

We live in a house of four people and historically this house has always had two girls and two boys. Good dynamic ;)

So myself (Greg), Liz and Steph who are mid 20s professionals are looking for a mid 20s professional guy to join us in our homely house.

As you can hopefully see from the pics we have a good lounge for hanging out and watching films, nice kitchen to cook together, a bathroom (self explanatory), an underground car parking facility, a small back garden, but a huge front garden! We are also minutes away from the beehive centre and some great local pubs. And city centre and train station are a short walk away too.

£330/month inc bills + £345 deposit

(Our letting agency Bush also charges ~£100 for admin charge. Unavoidable I'm afraid!)

The room is pretty much furnished too!

We are having house viewings on Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th August. So if you are a mid 20s professional guy who is looking to fit into a friendly household and is free to come round those evenings please get in touch !
