The house has all white goods, broadband, large living room, kitchen, dining room, garden, garage, and two sheds.
There's a bathroom and a second toilet both on top floor.

Although one of the flatmates smokes there is no smoking in the house.

It's about 20 minutes cycle from town and just up the road from Anglia Ruskin, Grafton centre, etc.

Rent includes all bills and broadband.
