Double room in north Cambridge

We have a double room available in our shared house from 1st November. The house is on Cliveden Close, a quiet road in the North of Cambridge. The city centre can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot and the train station in 15 minutes by bike.
The room is on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe with plenty of room for other furniture such as a desk. The rent is £440 p/m which includes all bills. There is a £500 deposit payable.

The house has a kitchen with washing machine, living room and large conservatory. You will be sharing the house with 3 professionals (1 female and 2 males) all in their late 20s/early 30s.

We are looking for professionals or mature students, no couples, pets or smokers. You should be reasonably tidy and happy to contribute toward making the house a nice home for everyone. We're not just looking for someone to share the house with, but also for someone who fits in, so if you contact us to arrange a viewing please tell us a bit about yourself.
