I'm currently looking to rent out my spare bedroom, after moving back to Cambridge, I was fed up of renting rooms so went with getting myself a flat.

I'm a young professional, traveling round the world doing sound for concerts, gigs, festivals and corporate events. So they'll be times that you'll have the place to yourself.

Looking for someone with a party hard style, likes drinking and going to town, and can put up with the odd party at the flat.

It will be furnished and pictures can be requested before hand.

Have only just moved in myself so will be holding off letting anyone move in for a few weeks to I get settled and furniture sorted through the flat, basic ammenties. Very close to shops and 10-15 Minute walk to town.

10Minute max walk to train station with good connections to London and Stansted.
