This furnished terrace house is in a great location, at the city end of the Mill Road area, and approximately a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The house is currently shared by a professional English male and a professional Spanish female. The room would suit a post-doc/professional non-smoker who is relaxed, and friendly and tidy(ish). House has wireless internet, kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, two fridges and freezer), utility room (washing machine and dryer), lounge, dining room, breakfast room. Secure rear garden to have BBQs. Parking is on street with residential permit (arrange from council).

Rent is £510 per month inclusive of bills (including utilities, SKY, wireless internet and council tax).
