1 Double room in house share Mill Road
The house is in a lovely setting with a small garden at the rear. It's
near to the big Sainsbury's, there is also a Post Office and even
the Beehive Retail Park is close as well.
The house will be shared with a professional German guy working in
Bioinformatics and an English girl who works in Arts Management. She is much more interesting than the German guy. We are pretty clean and expect from the same from the new housemates. The house has 4 bedrooms, but we decided to keep one room as a spare room for guests.
The moving in date is preferred to be the beginning of April.
Bills will be on top of the rent, and they are around £80-£90.
