The house is in North Cambridge so has very easy access to the City Centre and is minutes away from Cambridge Science Park and the A14. The shower is powerful and fully works, there is also a bath. Theres also a bicycle shed in the garden, bbq. There is a tesco express about 2 minute walk away and a big tesco/asda 3 min drive or 10 min cycle.

£450 pcm, and 70 for council tax, broadband and television service. One Month's deposit and 1st month's rent payable in advance. The electricity and gas are not included in the bills, are last bill was 340 for 4 months between september and december, so split between 3 is 113 and split between 4 months is 28. but this is obviously dependant on how much we use.

Currently there are two males living in the house but 1 is leaving at the end of the month and then will be renting the other room to another female.
