Friendly house share ..could bike anywhere!

New member welcome to a lovely home in Cambridge. Double room available for single occupancy. The room has a double bed, desk chest of drawers and a large wardrobe and a bedside table.
Any nationality welcome. Interest in looking after the small garden a huge plus (about an hour a month)

There is a large shared kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar, and dining table. There is a large comfortable lounge and a second smaller lounge with a piano and French Windows to the patio garden at the back of the property. There is a front garden and the house is situated in a quiet up de sac just across from Cherry Hinton Hall park. It is a short distance to Addenbrookes hospital and the station.

At the moment we have Ruby, James, Maria and Neza. I am the landlady and I visit every 6 weeks for repairs. There are two ensuites ( not this bedroom) so there is a main bathroom shared with two others and a separate second toilet.
