We are a family of 4 (5yr old and Oyr old) with a very friendly cat. We have a loft extension to our Victorian house, with the intention of renting it for a maximum of 12 months starting in September. Suitable for students or work experience placements.
Conveniently located off Mill Road, we are a 15min walk from Cambridge station and close to Addenbrookes.
The room is furnished with a desk, two chairs, chest of draws, double bed and wardrobe. The ensuite includes shower, sink, WC and towel rail. There is plenty of light in the bedroom, including a Juliet balcony.
All inclusive: use of fully furnished kitchen and appliances. Use of garden and unlimited WIFI
Looking for a female, tidy lodger who is animal friendly and will look after our house like a home.
