Spacious un-furnished top floor double room available in Orchard park from mid November. It's 5 minutes from the the Science Park and a short cycle into town.

You'll be living with 3 professional guys who are looking for a new housemate to replace a good friend who has moved on (not died, just off to live with his better half).

We're a very sociable house so this would suit someone who is easy going and social themselves. Ideally you're not someone who is going to hide away all the time in your room making strange noises and then replying with odd grunting noises to us when we wonder what it is you're doing up there.
