120 Warren Close Double en-suite Room
Hi there,
I'm looking for a flatemate / a couple to move into a room in a shared flat with me. The flat is very nice, very well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. It's 2 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes on foot into the center of Cambridge (CB2) and suits a young professional or a young professional couple very well.
The rent on the room is £900 pcm without bills for a couple and £750 pcm without bills for an individual. The bills will be split between us either two ways or three.
I'm happy for couples to live with me, but would prefer younger tenants. I'm 22 and have lived here for a year.
My flatmates are moving out on the 23rd November so please get in touch for viewings.
