This room is for one person but visitors are always welcome. House is clean, tidy and quiet on a quiet road which is close to local amenities such as tesco and a retail park. Free on street parking. Bus stop at the bottom of the road with easy access to city centre.
I am not the live in landlord. I am a tenant that's contract expires on the 15th December. However I am moving out at the end of November and therefore am looking for someone to move in to avoid myself paying rent for two places. Then from the 15th the room is yours. There are two lovely tenants in this house who are quiet but don't mind a chat over a cup of tea.
