Double room in friendly, mature, student house

The house currently has 3 other housemates who are all very friendly, and have a range of interests outside of their studies. They are all mature students - a mix of undergrad and postgrad.

The house itself is a recent renovation, kept very clean and is very spacious, containing modern fixtures. These include completely new kitchen facilities set in a large kitchen/diner with plenty of storage cupboards, and a modern bathroom with both a bathtub and shower cubicle. There is also a second downstairs toilet. At the back of the house is a newly landscaped garden lawn with secure shed for bike storage.

The room is about 11 square metres, and furniture includes: Double divan bed, wardrobe with shelves, bedside table and a desk with chair.

The house is set in a great location - close to the river, to Tesco, Asda and the Beehive Shopping Centre, and just a 7 minute bike ride into the centre of Cambridge.

The reason I am moving out is that my boyfriend and I are looking for a place of our own. I am looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy contract (in agreement with the landlord). Ideally this tenant would be friendly, clean and get along with the current housemates, so an interview (either in person during a viewing, or via skype) would be necessary.

Due to being away for the christmas holidays, viewings of the property can take place after the 6th January.
