Flat to rent - short distance from city centre

I am a nursing student who is looking for a flatmate in an ideal modern flat close to Cambridge City Centre. The flat is fully furnished with a shared car parking space (I don't currently have a car). The flat is on the top floor, which means there is extra loft storage space. There are two bathrooms, meaning you'll have a bathroom (with a bath and shower) pretty much to yourself. Kitchen has modern appliances and is a good size for two people. The second, double, bedroom is reasonably sized.

I am looking for a student or professional, male or female. I am a non-smoker and my interests are reading, films and socialising with friends. I am not a massive party animal, but am very easy to get along with.
