Medium double room off Mill Road

Medium-sized double room available for single occupancy in a shared house on St Philips Road. The house has a lovely big, well-equipped kitchen; living room; spare bedroom; and large garden maintained by our landlady. Located just off Mill Road, we are less than a 10 minute bike ride from the train station, and fifteen minutes from the centre of Cambridge.

You will be sharing with two girls, both working, both in our twenties. We're looking for another friendly young professional for a minimum of six months.

The room itself is fully furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and has recently been redecorated.

Please make sure you're available for a viewing before moving in. We really need to meet you in person before we can add you to the contract.

The rent is £500 pcm inclusive of all bills (phone, Internet, council tax, TV license, utilities). The room is available from 1st February.
