Spacious double room near ARU, Grafton Centre

Hi! We're looking for someone to join us in our house near Parker's Piece. The room is a double with built-in wardrobes and plenty of space. If you need one, a double bed can be provided but the room is otherwise unfurnished.


The house is 2 minutes walk from Anglia Ruskin University, 2 minutes to the Grafton Centre and 10 minutes from the centre of town. It's a fantastic location as it's so close to amenities but still on a quiet street.

There are two large shared rooms downstairs, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, landing and a nice garden out the back with patio seating, an outhouse and shed.

The house is 3-bedroom, which you'll be sharing with two friendly and relaxed male students.

UK guarantors required for all non-professionals. Room available through letting agents (referencing fees will apply). 

Postgrads or professionals preferred (letting agent/landlord’s request), but responsible undergrads welcome too.

Rent is all-inclusive (bills and council tax). If you're a student, a reduction in rent can be arranged.
