Rent £525 and deposit £700. Bills not included but average to about £100 per person per month over the year, with Council Tax and internet.

Rear facing room includes a desk and chair, and wardrobe and double bed can be included if needed.

Common areas include fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and chairs. Halogen hob, oven/grill, large fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine.

There is also a large living room with a couple of comfy couches and plenty of shelving if you’re a book fan; Common bathroom with bathtub and power-shower; a small office/storage room for common use; a large detached concrete studio for projects, exercise, or lounging; and shed for bike storage in a large garden with patio and table.

The house is within 10-15 mins reach of town by bicycle, or 5-10 mins to the A14 by car. Great parking on the street!

We are currently two guys mid-30s, looking for male/female housemate between mid-20s and late 30s. One of us is studying for a PhD and the other is working in the city centre. We generally are busy doing our own thing, but we’re happy to enjoy some common time and share a meal or drink and generally hang out once in a while.

The room will be available from the 18th of July but will consider interest starting between then and 1st of August.
