Double Room in 2 Bedroom House Share

Hi, I'm the current tenant in a quite generously sized double room and look for a new tenant to replace me. The free room is about 3.6x3.6 meter plus a little walk in wardrobe. The place is in a great location close to mill road and less than a mile from the station on bike lanes. We have a shared living room, kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with shower over bath and second downstairs toilet. Garden is quite nicely sized and I have a BBQ that I might leave here, there is also a shed suitable for bike storage. Property has large driveway for parking. The house as per contract is not furnished, but there is some furniture from me and previous tenants that stays here (or that I could sell for a little bit)

Rent is exclusive of all bills, which currently come to about £100 per month. We are renting from an agency so there will be a deposit and agency fees.

I currently put the start of Dec as move in date, but that's a bit flexible
