Single room is available in our smart recently refurbished house in CB4 area. The centrally heated room is partly furnished with a desk and chair, and great value for money (Rent: £240.00+bills; Deposit: £365).

We are 3 friendly professionals and are looking for a 4th housemate. Long term situation, in work or post-grad studies, non-smoking female preferred (to keep the numbers even!). You will see this is a great price – it is also a super friendly & comfortable house where we enjoy living with one another and are looking for someone to “fit in”. Come visit & meet us!

The house has a large, comfortable living room with a wide screen TV and sofas; the kitchen is fitted with all modern amenities and looks onto the garden.

We are located near the river within easy walking distance of local shops and the Science Park. Just 15 minutes cycle to the city centre along the river. Also on bus routes 2 & 17.
The room will be available from the 1st of January, 2016 and the whole situation is generally lovely, much better than any other out there!
