It is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bills are included, and there is a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
You'd be sharing with me; I'm 35, an engineer, and I moved to Cambridge about 3 years ago. I'm fairly quiet and tidy-ish, but I'd be keen to find someone happy to go for the occasional drink, or to sit and watch a film with sometimes.
